well, I’m greek and can’t stand the buggers though I do love feta
Click it — Leave it to the good people of Australia to make some rad stuff.
They’ve made National Flags out of the National foods of the countries. Greece is all Feta and Olives.
There are so many more awesome ones after the jump.
Love it. Though, Shameful Confession #3: I’m Greek, and I HATE olives. They’re going to revoke my Greekness any day now because of it.

June 30, 2009:
We’re hoping to leave Alexia with my parents so we could have a well deserved weekend break with my husband. I haven’t spend a single night away from here since she was born, I think I deserve a teeny-tiny little break. Danai Beach Resorts, here I come!
June 30, 2009: Holidays!
Simply exhausted. Extremely early training combined with unbearably hot and humid sleepless nights does not a happy Angel maketh.
I can’t wait for our holidays to my family in Greece in 2 weeks. Chilled coffee and cocktails by the sea wearing a little more than an a smile and a bikini.
June 29, 2009: Spinning!
5 AM Spinning Class.
+++ We’re only 2 gym bunnies and one trainer! Feels like she’s our own personal trainer.
_ _ _ The Class might get axed due to poor attendance.
I know 5 AM it’s too early but I start work at 7ish am (benefit of working with 50+ year old that they are up at the buttcrack of dawn) and between 6-ish and 7, I get to spent time with my baby, Alexia while getting ready for work.
Everyone’s a winner.
June 29, 2009:
My weekends revolve around Alexia but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Helloooo!
Another busy weekend for yours truly but seriously my calendar is so jam-packed during the week that I don’t even have time to breath! (Though, my non-breathing technique is another smartypants invention of mine to scare my Minions so I can get my own way! Try it! I swear it works! I think I might even patent it!)
Anyway, after a long time planning between our PAs and assorted helpers and whatnot, my homie Maisie and me, managed to synchronize our calendars and meet! My Dad and Maisie’s Mum go back a loooong way. “Pre-historic times”,Maisie said, and we both marvel at the fact that people are so old! I mean anyone older than 5 years old is officially ready for the geriatric ward!
But I digress… We had a top time! Our minions drove us to this quaint little village in Northampton on a glorious English summer day. We played, run around and shared some hugs, raisins and oat biscuits (no fat for me, I’m training for my next role in the film “Superbabe: Revenge of the Nappies”).
Of course, I told Maisie to tell her people to talk to my people to find a time to get together again. Hope it’s before we finish high school and we’re too geriatric to run around!

I was caught speeding. It was a lapse of concentration on my part; fast car+empty road = going above the speed limit without realising. 3 points on my pristine licence. Good morning Monday!
